- Delivered 12+ strategic programs across Latin America, including enterprise implementations for 3 major Brazilian banks.
- Led the migration of the Feedzai fraud platform from on-premises to cloud at one of Brazil's largest digital wallets, and owned its production risk matrix of 40+ real-time decisioning rules.
- Partnered with Data Science to improve model performance and false-positive management; led cross-functional teams of ~10 across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Customer Success.
